Does your child wish to register for Alden Modified/JV/Varsity Athletics? Go to FamilyID and fill out documents electronically. The forms must be completed and approved by your child’s building nurse before they will be allowed to try-out or begin practicing with the team.

The student athlete must have an up-to-date physical on file with their school nurse from no older than March 1, 2021. You can take a picture of the up-to-date physical if you do not have the digital file.
