Shea’s Performing Arts Center in Buffalo has just announced its 2017-2018 lineup.  There’s something for everyone in this variety of shows including the films turned musical, The Bodyguard, The Waitress, and School of Rock.  As far as other musicals go, there will also be the cuban american jukebox musical, On Your Feet, coming September 22nd to the 31st in 2017.

In 2018, the 1590s musical, Something Rotten, will hit the stage March 6th through the 11th, and the famous musical, The Phantom of the Opera’s sequel, Love Never Dies, is coming June 5th to the 10th.

The special subscriber options in this lineup may be the most exciting part of the upcoming 2018 season.  Shea’s will be having a month long run of the Lion King December 13th to January 7th.  Also, the famous broadway musical, The Phantom of the Opera, will be hitting the stage April 25th to May 16th.  Lastly, fans will have the chance to see one of the biggest broadway hits when, Hamilton, comes to Buffalo in the 2018-2019 season.  Tickets for this show will be on sale sale around this time next year.
