Senior Class Trip

Senior Class Trip

Carly Hopcia, Anchor

On Friday, May 12th, the senior class of Alden High School took their senior class trip to Ellicottville, NY. The seniors left bright and early to leave on the buses around 7:30am. They didn’t get back until around 5pm. The seniors all had a great time by going zip lining, mountain climbing, golfing, and even getting the opportunity to swim around a bit. Also while they were there, they got to eat a delicious lunch from Chiavetta’s. Most of the seniors said they favorite part about the trip was going zip lining. That’s not something everyone gets the chance to do everyday. It was awesome that the district was able to make this trip happen and have it be successful in the end. The seniors were very fortunate to get this opportunity as their senior trip. In Ellicottville, there are so many pretty views that are all around. The chaperones enjoyed the trip as well and got involved too with the kids. Overall the seniors and everyone else who went had a blast and said they would all do it again. Thank you to Mrs. Rutowski and Mrs. Marco for all they did this year and especially for putting this trip together, it means a lot!
