Every year around this time of year the Town of Alden comes together to and has an early Christmas celebration. At this festive celebration, local businesses can choose to have tents and sponsor the event. Christmas in the Park is family-friendly and just an overall great way to spend a Saturday with all the people from the town you call home. This event is full of Christmas joy and has a ton of things you can do while you’re there. Some things you can do are you can ride on a hayride around the town park. Or even sit inside and drink hot chocolate while conversing with your peers. If those don’t intrigue you, you can sit in the town triangle listen to music and visit Mr. and Mrs. Clause on stage. Some other things you can do is go shop around in the American Legion. Some other cool events that go on there include the annual Christmas tree lighting and jumping in a bounce house. Christmas in the Park is an annual tradition in Alden that should not be missed!
