Exceptional Student Alexander Hamilton
March 7, 2017
With the band having an amazing performance tonight at the Alden Band-O-Rama music was brought to the attention of everyone in the high school and all of us in the studio. I had the chance to meet with some of the band members and watch their performance myself. Stunned by their performance we had the chance to meet with music teacher Mr. Larrabee and a young professional he has been with for many years now. Alexander Hamilton is an Exceptional Flutist within the band, bringing his skills as an excellent musician every time he plays. Alex entered the band as a freshman with both feet forward and ahead of the average ninth grader. Exceptional Student is not Alex’s first recognition. He has been awarded All State Flute Player prior to this. This honor is a well earned one. Alex is looking forward to college next year as a flute performance major at the Northwestern University in Chicago. Good luck heading forward! Alex sees his music as an art. He has taken a part of his life into music and will continue it in college. Alex is an amazing flutist and olookers can see his passion watching him play. Congratulations Alex and keep up the good work. Good luck continuing your passion.
