There’s a winter storm watch for Erie and surrounding counties from Tuesday night until Thursday night. They are predicting a heavy lake effect snow band with 12 to 24 inches of snow. Travel may be very difficult at times. Please watch your local news TV station or listen to your local radio station for updates.
The Weather Tuesday morning will be very rainy and windy. The wind speeds will be very high around 24 mph. The temperature will be in the high 40’s. The Chance of rain will drop as they day goes on. You might want to wear a warm rain jacket because it will feel colder.
Wednesday’s weather forecast shows snow starting around 4:00am for you early people. And it looks like it will snow all day. It will probably be very windy with speeds in the high teens low 20’s the Whole day. The temperatures will be in the low 30’s with wind chills in the upper teens. You might need a heavy jacket and hat and gloves.
