I really think that wax news is a good thing to keep around because it shows what Alden is doing and why they think that it is good to have there own ideas.Of making Alden high school better then what it already is and it shows how to solve problems and prevent those problems from happening.

It is very cool seeing WACS News come so far in just under 10 years. The new studio with the bigger green screen room, all new 2014 iMacs for video editing, and the dedicated students make WACS News a great student based site. It is also a good source for current events and news throughout the school for students.

Just looking at the growth of not only the room but of the program itself was eye opening. I remember the room last year and the room this year is so different from last year, but just looking at what the room was like at that time was so different and it was so cool to watch.

This is so cool. I have always wanted to record and be a camera worker and its awesome that this school has all this and such a large student base that does stuff like this.

Very good video. I like that when talking about how the way they do the news has changed and progressed they used many people including staff and students from different parts of the school in their video. It is cool that they have different areas for different types of videos and a green screen for multiple thing and decorate the areas and change to be on new social media platforms to stay connected often and you can really tell that this is important to them. Also the teachers really let the students in the class take control and do their own ideas and they have maximum creativity

Wow. I din’t know that they have seventeen iMac’s, twenty-four iPad’s, and six HD camera kit’s. It’s nice that the student’s that do this also end up working for other News such as News 4. Keep up the great work guys!
Its incredible to see how many changes the WACS news room has gone through over the past years. I had no idea that people who have worked with WACS had gone on to work in editing or writing for places such as Channel 4, getting more involved with the media after graduation.
I had no idea that this was a class, I assumed that WACS News was a club. Also, the renovations are awesome and they absolutely give off the feeling of a professional news studio. Hopefully I can get involved at some point. Thanks for a great and informative video, I’ll be sure to check out more!

Wow. I din’t know that they have seventeen iMac’s, twenty-four iPad’s, and six HD camera kit’s. It’s nice that the student’s that do this also end up working for other News such as News 4. Keep up the great work guys!

Its incredible to see how many changes the WACS news room has gone through over the past years. I had no idea that people who have worked with WACS had gone on to work in editing or writing for places such as Channel 4, getting more involved with the media after graduation.

I had no idea that this was a class, I assumed that WACS News was a club. Also, the renovations are awesome and they absolutely give off the feeling of a professional news studio. Hopefully I can get involved at some point. Thanks for a great and informative video, I’ll be sure to check out more!

It’s amazing to see how far the technology and scenery has come since WACS News started! I enjoyed seeing the past studio grow to where it is today and hearing about future improvements. Great job!

Wow. I had no idea that the WACS news studio was so different back then. It has changed so much, with new technology, settings, and everything overall. I hope to still see great work from WACS news.
