The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens is a beautiful and wonderful place to visit.

On Monday, April 4, a group of Alden High School art students took a field trip to explore the garden and its artistic potential.

On this field trip, students were introduced to new art materials like alcohol inks and drew inspiration from the garden’s plants and scenery.

With this new inspiration from the gardens, the students were able to use the knowledge they gained from the new art materials to make a variety of amazing pieces of art.
