Fully in the Halloween spirit, Alden Primary’s 1st graders were in the decorating spirit! Every student in the first grade class took home 1 small pumpkin and their task was to decorate the pumpkin after a favorite character of theirs from their favorite book or just a favorite character of theirs in general. There were pumpkins designed like Darth Vador, characters from the Disney movie Frozen and many more. The students had a lot of fun creating and decorating their pumpkins for school and everyone was very proud of their work. The kids had about a week to work on their designs and they were then put on display for all to see in the First Grade wing!
