In the Halls: New Years Resolutions

The new year 2020 has begun, and you know what that means. Everyone is thinking about the brand-new year and what they’re going to do with it. Many people decide to make resolutions for the new year to hopefully stick to. A New Year’s resolution is a tradition in which a person resolves to continue good practices, change an undesired trait or behavior, to accomplish a personal goal, or otherwise improve their life. In other words, it’s a way of trying to better one’s self or setting goals to do things they desire to do. I decided take to the halls of Alden High School to as students what they made for their resolutions. Some kids had to basic answers of bettering themselves but others had answers that I didn’t expect. One of the aspects of this video is being rejected by students who didn’t answer the question of “what’s your new years resolution?”.
