On Tuesday, Sept. 7, Mr. Stoltman and the girls varsity swim team held the grand opening for Alden’s new aquatic center. After a long five years of planning and more than a year of construction and swimming in the Akron pool, the new Alden Aquatic Center is complete and looks great. I got the chance to ask both varsity girl swimmer Izzy Czechowski and varsity swim mom Mrs. Gaffney what they thought of the new center.
