Alden Students Win Thousands With ‘Ving’ Projects

In the mindfulness class at Alden High School students entered into the Ving Project. I interviewed students with winning entries as well as the teacher who brought this selfless act of kindness to Alden High School.

The Ving project is about giving back to the community. Through this project, teens to give someone in need by surprising them with $1,000. The project is open 365 days a year, meaning you can help someone in need all year round. You can submit a video on the Ving website.

The winners this year were Campbell Jones, Morgan Enser and Taryn Bleyle. They summited there videos with the help of Mrs. Tanner.

“I would do this project again just to see the person’s reaction,” said winner Cambell Jones.
