Students at Alden Intermediate School recently turned an everyday breakfast staple into something much bigger—both in size and impact. In a colorful, noisy, and carefully orchestrated event, over 1,000 cereal boxes were lined up throughout the school’s gym to create a massive domino chain. When the first box was tipped, a wave of cereal toppled box by box, drawing cheers from students and staff alike.
But this wasn’t just for fun—the cereal boxes were all collected as part of a donation drive. After the domino chain was completed, the cereal was packed up and donated to local food pantries, helping families in need throughout the community.
