Alden High School sophomores took a unique approach to learning history by hosting a Cold War-themed cocktail party in the library. As part of their social studies class, students dressed as iconic Cold War figures—ranging from world leaders to spies—and stayed in character while mingling.
The event recreated a diplomatic gathering, with students exchanging Cold War-era banter, forming alliances, and playfully engaging in historical conflicts.
