WACS took its cameras to the sidelines for Alden varsity football’s home game against Cleveland Hill, a blue-and-gold theme night at the stadium. The Bulldogs came up short on the scoreboard, but the Game Diary shows a team that kept battling all night, with some big plays from Aiden Phillips.
Between the action, WACS caught up with fans in the stands. One said the best part of game night is getting to see the band and all the students, “and hopefully seeing the Bulldogs win.” A younger fan kept it simple: the best part is “when we score.”
Another fan said she loves watching Alden students “do amazing things” — not just the football players and cheerleaders, but the WACS crew filming it all, too. And Alden’s cheerleaders said halftime and getting the crowd hyped are their favorite parts of the night.
