With the closing of the 3rd quarter, we are finally in the home stretch of the 2015-2016 school year. While that comes as a relief to most students, many seniors at AHS see it as the beginning of the end of their time here. Their impending graduation stirs up feelings of both excitement and anxiety. While the senior class’s time together dwindles down, they still have a chance to bond, perhaps for the last time until Commencement Day.

May 20 will be the senior trip. This year the senior class will spend the day at Holiday Valley. Seniors will have a variety of activities to choose from. Among them is zip lining. Holiday Valley has the largest aerial park in New York State. The platforms that students will be zip lining from are built into the forest for added thrill. For lunch, a chicken BBQ will be provided. The cost to each senior attending the trip is $50.00.

This is a great opportunity for seniors to bond as a class one last time before graduation. Please contact Mrs. Moran if you have any questions.
