Senior’s 100th Day of School

Hannah Kelley, Reporter

On February 8th, Alden’s Senior celebrated their hundredth day of their final year at Alden High School. In order to celebrate this, they had a class meeting. Seniors sat and listened to their advisors while they enjoyed multiple snacks and drinks. They discussed their upcoming Senior night, which includes their Senior posters with their best memories, Senior slideshow, Senior trip and the last day of school for them. This meeting also consisted of all the Seniors signing a big 100 and taking pictures as a class. The true hundredth day of school for them was on February 9th.

Many Seniors will miss a variety things about Alden High School when they say goodbye to it in the Spring. Some of these things include sports and sporting events, their friends, Mr. Currin’s bearded face, dances, the dodgeball tournament, theater, and many other teachers. Many of the students have made an impact at Alden High School through clubs they have entered in. These clubs include Donate Life, Friends of Rachel, School Spirit Pillar, Youth to Youth and many more.  It will be sad to see the Seniors leave and say goodbye to everyone in the spring. These Seniors plan on making the best of the time they have left at the high school by enjoying their time with their friends and teachers and looking for way to their upcoming events as a class.

Make the best of the time you have left Seniors!!!
