The annual Band-O-Rama was held on March 5, 2024 at Alden High School. Grades 5th-12th gathered in the gym to give an amazing performance for parents, teachers, and friends. The program opened with a group number involving all grades, and broke off into individual pieces from each band. Both the High School and Middle School jazz bands shared a performance as well! To end the concert, all grades joined together again with the Elton John class “I’m Still Standing.”
We interviewed young musicians in the 5th grade band and asked about their instruments, why they chose them, and their favorite band memories. Watch this video to see their responses, these students will definitely put a smile on your face!
