Band-o-Rama made its way back to Alden schools again this year. This well-loved event that consists of music performed by every band starting in 4th grade up to the high school band. Each band played an individual  set of two or three songs that were very good. They also played a finale that was performed by every band all at once. Band-o-Rama was held in the HS gym on March 7th and the event was great. It got a lot of people, students, and parents to get together and enjoy the band music. This is also very good for the younger grade bands because its a big show and it can help them  and just gives them that early experience of a bigger show, Before the show I was talking to some of the members and they were telling me how fun and cool  of  event it was. From what I seen and heard  everyone did awesome. Every band played very well and everyone seemed to love it. And talking to some of the band members they also seem to love the event as well and really hope for it to keep happening.. Its cool to see and hear everyone to come together and play together like that. After talking to Mrs. Nye she was telling me how its one of her favorite events of the year and  she is so  happy it is able to be an event.  She’s hoping for more years o come and so are a lot others. Hopefully it still goes on for years to come.
