Hi, I’m a junior at Alden High School. I attend WACS News on days 1 and 3. This is my first year taking WACS News and I’m so excited to see where it takes me. Outside of school I spend most of my down time at dance. I attend dance at Elite Dance Company. I’ve been there since the grand opening seven years ago. I grew up at the dance studio and am now going into my 14th year. My position this year is news editor and social media manager. As the news editor I have to keep tabs on everything happening in the Alden Central Schools community and assign stories to news reporters. As the Social Media Manager I am responsible for coordinating WACS’ social media feeds, such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok, and assigning posts to the social media team.
